Jonathan Clarke joined Professional Aircraft Accessories in April 2019 as vice president and general manager. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in technical management from Embry-Riddle and holds a Master of Business Administration, aerospace & defense, from the University of Tennessee. He is also a certified Six-Sigma Green Belt. Prior to PAA, Jonathan spent 30 years with Delta Airlines, most recently serving as general manager – engine operations, where he had oversight for landing gear, engine shops, test cells and APUs. In his current role with PAA, he exercises his extensive experience with aerospace support services to lead the company toward continued growth and expanded capabilities.
Tonya Wondolowski has established a diverse working history in the aviation and aerospace industry. She joined Professional Aircraft Accessories in 2005 as a purchasing agent and has led numerous teams in various capacities ever since. After serving in the roles of configuration manager specialist, senior manager of supply chain, senior manager of pricing; and senior manager of inside sales and customer service, she currently occupies the position of director of sales and business development. She is skilled in government procurement, value stream mapping, airworthiness, strategic sourcing, sales management, system implementation and continuous improvement. A proven strong operations professional with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Organizational Management from Eastern Florida State College.
Fritz Theinert has more than 25 years of experience performing and leading financial functions for manufacturing, wholesale, and retail industries. He is a certified public accountant and has a BSBA from The Ohio State University. His employment history includes HD Supply, Canon USA, United States Gypsum, and Winn-Dixie Stores. He is married with two children and resides in Saint Cloud, Florida.
Billy McLean has more than 25 years of aviation experience and has been a member of the PAA team since 1998. He has held various supervisory and managerial roles including responsibilities in production, customer service, production control, machine shop, NDT, production engineering, facility maintenance and operations. As director of technical operations at PAA, Billy’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the repair station and ensuring all company and customer performance standards are met. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy after receiving two Navy Achievement Medals while acting as the logs and records supervisor for a fleet of F-14D SuperTomcats deployed with the VF-31 “Tomcatters.” He received his Six Sigma Green Belt certification from CAS Adaptive Solutions and his A&P License from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Billy is married with two children.
Keith joined the Professional Aircraft Accessories team in 2020. He has almost 40 years of aviation experience, having served in senior management and executive roles at Delta Air Lines, Comair, Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation, AAR Aircraft Services, Commercial Jet and AAR Airlift Group. His most recent position was as the Senior Director of Operations for Citadel Completions LLC. Keith is also a U.S. Air Force veteran, having served for almost 12 years. He is a certified Six Sigma and Lean Black Belt and holds an FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate. He and his wife Kim live in the West Melbourne area and have two adult children.
Tom Callahan has been a member of the PAA team since 1997. His career has been spent in FAA repair stations and has over 30 years of combined aviation experience. As the director of quality and accountable manager, he is responsible for the operations of the Quality Control and Quality of Assurance departments. He works closely with the FAA and our customer`s quality departments to quickly resolve any quality issues that may arise. He also heads the Government Contracts department in which he has been instrumental in obtaining Source Approval for PAA to compete and win several Repair & Overhaul Programs for the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy. Tom obtained his aviation training with the U.S. Army as a helicopter specialist working on the UH-1, AH-1 and OH-58 helicopters. After serving in the army, he continued working in aviation both with rotorcraft and fixed wing at S.M.S Instruments and then Mid-America Aviation. Tom holds his A&P License and is a certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
Maya Villorente joined the Professional Aircraft Accessories team in 2014. She received a bachelor’s degree in sociology from University of California, Berkeley, and then pursued a graduate degree in global communications from Florida Institute of Technology. In her current role as Human Resources manager of PAA, Maya plans, directs and coordinates HR activities and staff, including the oversight of evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions. She serves as a link between management and employees, and strives to foster a positive environment and attitude toward organizational objectives.
